Staff Profiles

Pam Henry has worked in the tax office since 2006. She currently services as an Associate to Tracy for the preparation of all client returns. In 2009 she earned the IRS designation as an Enrolled Agent, which means she has passed a rigorous test on all aspects of Federal Taxation. She graduated from Westfield Academy and Central School, Jamestown Community College and SUNY Fredonia. She resides in Dewittville with her husband and three wonderful children. Pam enjoys working with all of our clients and helping them, during tax season. She is our in-house QuickBooks expert and works with many small business Clients throughout the year.

Amy Begier began working in the tax office in January of 2010. Amy currently serves as the tax office manager. She is a graduate of Westfield Academy and Central School and attended Jamestown Community College for Business Retail Management. Amy resides in the town of Portland with her husband Bill and her two delightful children. During tax season Amy enjoys interacting with clients and assisting them in preparing for their tax appointment. Her goal is to try and make the tax appointment as convenient and stress free as possible.

Lindsey M. Jaynes

Lindsey began working in the tax office in January 2016 as a Client Services Specialist.  She is a 2001 graduate of WACS and resides in Westfield with her husband Gordon and their two children, ages 11 and 6.  Lindsey enjoys the interaction of working with clients in the tax office.
